Free, verified city-planning analysis that runs in a browser
Branch computes the numbers behind a planning decision from free public data: cost, value per acre, ROI, walksheds, utility clearance, heat, and equity. Every answer carries its receipt, a re-runnable recipe of the tool and its resolved inputs, so any number can be reproduced, shared as a link that re-runs the analysis, or exported as a report. Where a dataset does not cover the ground, it refuses instead of returning an empty result that reads like a finding. Open source, and it sits beside ArcGIS rather than trying to replace it.
Every answer carries a re-runnable recipe, so a number can be audited, not just trusted
Refuses to answer where the data does not cover the ground, instead of guessing
